Will I receive tickets?
You will not receive physical tickets in the mail.
Please have your order confirmation with you for admission.
What should I wear?
Attire varies by event and will always be noted on the event page.
For Black Tie Galas, we suggest formal evening wear, tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen, and floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail attire for ladies.
For Garden Parties or Daytime Soirées, think elevated seasonal chic floral dresses, pastel or light-colored suits, stylish hats, and polished daytime elegance.
For Themed or Costume Events, guests are warmly encouraged to embrace the theme. Whether it’s Gatsby glamour, Bridgerton-inspired Regency attire, Monte Carlo sophistication, or a Midnight Masquerade, creative interpretation is part of the fun.
Above all, Luxe Life events are designed to feel festive, refined, and memorable, we encourage you to dress the part and enjoy the experience.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets to our events and overnight stays are strictly non-refundable and cannot be redeemed on any other date. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest please contact us to request a change. No-shows are also non-refundable.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder over the age of 21.
Who will I be sitting with?
If you purchase a single ticket, there will be ample open seating.
If you purchase a private table, seating is limited to guests in your party.
Can I check my coat?
Yes. Complimentary coat check will be provided.
Is there valet parking?
Yes. Complimentary valet parking will be provided.
What are the hotel check-in / check-out times?
If you are attending an event and have purchased an overnight stay:
Check-in: 3:00 PM on the day of the event
Check-out: 11:00 AM the following morning
What time is breakfast if I am staying overnight?
Complimentary continental breakfast is provided from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM for guests staying overnight in combination with a Luxe Life Long Island event.
Are sponsor activations, giveaways, and brand experiences guaranteed?
No. From time to time, Luxe Life Long Island events may feature sponsored activations, product sampling, giveaways, gift bags, or other brand experiences as a complimentary enhancement to the guest experience.
While we make every effort to deliver these experiences as advertised, sponsors, products, activations, and giveaways are subject to change without notice. In certain circumstances, a sponsor may withdraw, experience shipping delays, have limited product availability, or be unable to participate due to circumstances beyond our control. Some activations may also have limited capacity and may not be available to every guest.
Because these experiences are complimentary additions and are not included in the ticket price, the modification, cancellation, absence, or limited availability of any sponsor activation, giveaway, gift, sample, or brand experience does not entitle guests to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
Are menus, food offerings, and beverages guaranteed?
No. Menus, food stations, passed hors d'oeuvres, desserts, beverages, and specialty offerings advertised for an event are subject to change based on seasonality, product availability, supplier substitutions, chef discretion, and other operational considerations.
While we strive to provide an experience that closely reflects the event description, specific menu items, ingredients, brands, and presentations cannot be guaranteed. Luxe Life Long Island and its venue and culinary partners reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater quality without prior notice.
Changes to menu offerings, beverages, or culinary presentations do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
What happens if an event is postponed or canceled?
In the unlikely event that Luxe Life Long Island postpones or cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified using the email address provided at the time of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, tickets may be honored for a rescheduled date, transferred to a comparable event, credited toward a future event, or refunded at the sole discretion of Luxe Life Long Island.
Luxe Life Long Island is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, parking, or other incidental expenses incurred by guests in connection with a postponed or canceled event.
Are event details subject to change?
Yes. Event schedules, entertainment, speakers, performers, sponsors, activations, menus, décor, floral installations, event layouts, and other event elements are subject to change without notice.
Luxe Life Long Island reserves the right to modify event programming as necessary to accommodate venue requirements, guest experience enhancements, operational considerations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement.
Can dietary restrictions or food allergies be accommodated?
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions when possible, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Menus are often prepared in advance and may be subject to limitations imposed by the venue, caterers, culinary partners, or product availability.
Guests with severe food allergies should exercise caution. Luxe Life Long Island, OHEKA Castle, and participating culinary partners cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. By attending, guests acknowledge that food and beverages may be prepared in facilities where allergens are present and assume any risks associated with food allergies or dietary sensitivities.
What if I lose my order confirmation email?
If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us prior to the event and we will be happy to assist.
Guests may be admitted using the name associated with their reservation and a valid government-issued photo ID. We recommend retaining your confirmation email until after the event has concluded.
