Will I receive tickets?
You will not receive physical tickets in the mail.
Please have your order confirmation with you for admission.
What should I wear?
Attire varies by event and will always be noted on the event page.
For Black Tie Galas, we suggest formal evening wear, tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen, and floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail attire for ladies.
For Garden Parties or Daytime Soirées, think elevated seasonal chic floral dresses, pastel or light-colored suits, stylish hats, and polished daytime elegance.
For Themed or Costume Events, guests are warmly encouraged to embrace the theme. Whether it’s Gatsby glamour, Bridgerton-inspired Regency attire, Monte Carlo sophistication, or a Midnight Masquerade, creative interpretation is part of the fun.
Above all, Luxe Life events are designed to feel festive, refined, and memorable, we encourage you to dress the part and enjoy the experience.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets to our events and overnight stays are strictly non-refundable and cannot be redeemed on any other date. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest please contact us to request a change. No-shows are also non-refundable.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder over the age of 21.
Who will I be sitting with?
If you purchase a single ticket, there will be ample open seating.
If you purchase a private table, seating is limited to guests in your party.
Can I check my coat?
Yes. Complimentary coat check will be provided.
Is there valet parking?
Yes. Complimentary valet parking will be provided.
What are the hotel check-in / check-out times?
If you are attending an event and have purchased an overnight stay:
Check-in: 3:00 PM on the day of the event
Check-out: 11:00 AM the following morning
What time is breakfast if I am staying overnight?
Complimentary continental breakfast is provided from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM for guests staying overnight in combination with a Luxe Life Long Island event.
