Will I receive Tickets?

**YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PHYSICAL TICKETS IN THE MAIL. PLEASE PRINT AND BRING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION WITH YOU FOR ADMISSION.**

What should I wear?

For New Years Eve 2026 we suggest Great Gatsby Themed or Black Tie Attire 

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets to the our events and overnight stays are strictly non-refundable and can not be redeemed on any other date.  You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest, please contact us to make a change request.  No shows are also strictly non-refundable. 

Is there an age requirement?

Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder over the age of 21.

Who will I be sitting with?

If you purchase a single ticket there will be ample open seating.  If you purchase a private table it will be limited to the guests in your party. 

Can I check my coat?

Yes complimentary coat-check will be provided.

Is there valet parking?

Yes complimentary valet parking will be provided.

What are the hotel check-in / check-out times?

If you are attending an upcoming event and have purchased an overnight stay check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of the event and checkout time is 11:00 AM the morning after the event. 

What time is breakfast if I am staying overnight?

Complimentary continental breakfast is provided to all overnight hotel guests from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM when purchased in combination with a Luxe Life Long Island event that offers an overnight stay.
